I personally owned a boat of similar size and cannot believe how much more room there seems to be in this one compared to the one I owned.
This layout is very smart and worked out very well for a live-aboard couple who enjoyed the smart design, made use of it's home-like design.
This boat only spent 3 years of it's life in salt water. The first years were in the Great Lakes. This will make a great reliable weekender or fishing boat.
Come get this beauty... She needs a new loving owner!
